We are looking to expand our team with a Marketing Manager (M/F).
About OneThird
Did you know one-third of all food produced globally is wasted? At OneThird, we aim to change this by reducing food waste with AI-powered near-infrared scanning technology. Our solutions empower growers, distributors, and retailers to optimize quality control, predict shelf life, and minimize waste. Recognized at CES 2023 winning an Innovation Award, we are scaling fast and looking for a hands-on marketer to drive our mission forward.
The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will manage all marketing activities, develop a B2B and B2B2C strategy, and craft campaigns to attract and engage customers and their consumers. You will build brand positioning, execute demand generation initiatives, and work closely with internal teams to optimize lead generation and customer experiences.

- B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute campaigns targeting growers, distributors, and retailers to position OneThird as a leader in waste reduction.
- B2B2C Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute campaigns targeting consumers about awareness of food waste and our avocado scanner in supermarkets.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality materials (case studies, blog posts, videos) and manage website updates to educate customers and showcase our solutions.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Oversee LinkedIn, facebook, instagram and other platforms, implement SEO and PPC strategies, and drive traffic to support lead generation.
- Sales Support: Align marketing with sales goals, create landing pages and CTAs, and track performance metrics to refine strategies. Help expand our Hubspot platform and making sure our leads are flowing through our sales process and visualize these through various dashboards.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine messaging and identify growth opportunities.
- Events: Plan trade shows, webinars, and industry events, collaborating with sales to ensure successful lead generation.
- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing channels.

Preferred Qualifications
-
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, agriculture, or food industries.
- Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and demand generation strategies. Likes to create viral marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot), SEO, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
