Compensation: €500/month internship stipend
Type: Full-time internship (approx. 32–40 hours/week)
About OneThird
We are an impact-driven agri-tech scale-up on a mission to reduce global food waste. Using near-infrared spectroscopy and AI, we help fresh produce supply chains make smarter decisions—cutting waste, saving costs, and improving quality.
Your Role: Measuring and Communicating Our Impact
We’ve developed our Theory of Change and Impact KPIs. You’ll help us turn this into a structured, insightful and compelling impact reporting system—internally for our team and board, and externally for customers, investors, and the public.
Responsibilities:
- Translate our Theory of Change into structured reporting workflows
- Design and implement KPI dashboards and visuals (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
- Coordinate internal data collection across teams
- Produce stakeholder-specific reports: internal, customer-facing, public-facing
- Support impact storytelling on our website and social media
- Recommend improvements to how we measure and communicate impact
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Affinity with sustainability and social impact metrics
- Self-starting, structured, and reliable
- Experience with reporting tools is preferred (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
