We are looking to expand our team with a Customer Success Manager Retail (M/F).
About OneThird
Did you know one-third of all food produced globally is wasted? At OneThird, we aim to reduce food waste with AI-powered near-infrared scanning technology. Our Store Scanners empower retailers to optimize fresh produce sales, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction.
The Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support supermarket chains and franchise owners in successfully implementing and operating our Store Scanners. You will establish efficient processes, build a help center with FAQs, and collaborate with operations and commercial teams to enhance the customer experience.

- Customer Onboarding: Lead scanner setup, configuration, and training; create user-friendly guides and resources.
- Customer Support: Be the primary point of contact, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring scanner performance.
- Proactive Account Management: Monitor system usage, recommend optimizations, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Product Feedback: Gather insights from customers to help improve scanner design and functionality.

Preferred Qualifications
-
- 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support, preferably in retail or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and retail technology is a plus.
